The deal is simple. By using this website or hiring us, you agree to the terms below. We have kept them short enough to read in one sitting.
Services
UX Refinery provides UX research and market research services. Before any project starts, we agree the scope, the deliverables, and the price in writing, so there are no surprises on either side.
Client responsibilities
You bring the research objectives, business questions, and hypotheses, and you give us feedback and approvals in good time while the project runs. Delays on either side get flagged early, not discovered late.
Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, the research deliverables we prepared for you are yours. Our pre-existing methods, tools, and the UX Refinery UX Score stay ours, though you are welcome to keep using the scores we computed for you.
