Our focus

At UX Refinery, we believe that user-experience research should focus on four key constructs. These constructs are:

1. Usability

How easy it is for users to accomplish their goals using a product or service. We assess factors such as the clarity of instructions, the efficiency of the workflow, and the simplicity of the interface.

2. Equity

The fairness and impartiality of a product or service. We assess whether the product or service is accessible and inclusive for all users, regardless of their age, ability, or background.

3. Enjoyment

The emotional impact that a product or service has on users. We assess whether the product or service is engaging, delightful, or satisfying to use.

4. Usefulness

The utility of a product or service. We assess whether the product or service is providing value to users and helping them achieve their goals.

By focusing on these four constructs defined by Google, we are able to provide a comprehensive assessment of the user experience and identify areas for improvement.
