Services
UX Refinery provides user-experience research services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for defining research objectives, business questions, and hypotheses, and for providing timely feedback and approvals throughout the project.
Intellectual property
Research deliverables prepared for a client become that client's property upon full payment, except for our pre-existing methodologies, tools, and the UX Refinery UX Score, which remain ours.
